• All prices are in Thai Baht, inclusive of tax.

• All prices are inclusive of doctor surgical fees, hospital admission, medications, and follow up consultations.

• All prices are as indicative only and are subjected to change without prior notice.

• The estimated price and surgical recommendation are only a pre-evaluation. The final surgical plan and quotation will be confirmed upon the face to face consultation.

• The cost for Tele-consultation and/or face to face is 1,500 THB.

• Accommodation is for 4 nights in selected room type for up to 2 persons. Extra person will be charged at 2,000 THB net per person per night (The rate is inclusive of breakfast).

• Rates are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast for up to 2 persons.

• Additional supplemental charge for 1,500 THB net per person on festive season will be applied.

• Transportation is 6 ways for up to 2 persons (Airport-Hotel-Hospital-Airport).
