To access and use of the services of Wellness Travel Thailand (“we” and/or “our”) and our website is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our website, you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“customer” and “client” and “you/your”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions below will apply to your purchase and booking of our packages. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a booking. It is important you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. You should not proceed with any purchase or booking unless you do.

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions establish the general conditions that govern the provision of our services organized by Wellness Travel Thailand (www.wellnesstravelthailand.com) as E-Business governed by The Ministry of Commerce of Thailand.

The objective of this website is to sell wellness travel packages, produce electronic media and provide related services in Thailand. The services and products are offered to you under the Terms and Conditions expressed herein.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Wellness Travel Thailand and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website. You may view, download for your own personal use only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions. You must not republish, sell, rent, edit, copy, duplicate or otherwise exploit material for commercial purpose, or for the purposes of damaging this website for any reason.

Booking

Please contact us by sending email to  wellnesstth@gmail.com  for any contact or booking and indicate your purpose.

Payment and Document

Full payment must be made by Bank Transfer only and must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival, except some packages or services you can make payment at least 5 days prior to arrival or pay directly with our partners. This is required for us to make all the arrangements for your wellness package. We will provide our Bank Account details and due date payment in the invoice that we will send to you via email.  Once you have made the payment, using the invoice number as the reference number of your payment, you need to inform us by written email, and then we will email you the receipt of your payment. All related documents will be in digital format to send/receive via email.

Included/Excluded in packages

Each package outlines what is included or excluded in that particular package. Our packages do not include international air transportation and travel insurance. To protect your losses or damages during your travel, we strongly advise the purchase of travel insurance. Wellness Travel Thailand is not responsible for any liability, losses, or expenses that you may incur whilst on your wellness package.

Our service

We are committed to helping you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals with our trusted business partners. We work closely with our partners and suppliers to ensure that you have a quality experience that adds value to your travel journey and life. We will inform you of the essentials: what you have to prepare and/or what you have to do prior to arriving in Thailand. We are also committed to being there to guide and support you through any unexpected situations that may occur whenever on travels.

Caution and Awareness

If you are travelling as part of a group, please aware that you and your fellow group travelers are responsible for you and your fellow traveler’s actions. If any of your group do any harm, offence, damage, or irritation to other guests, staff or property, we may terminate our service and will not take responsibility for refunds, expenses or any matters without compensation.

Qualification

We care about your safety and we welcome the guest who is at least 18 years old and in average physical and mental health to participate in any of our wellness packages. Some wellness programs have a consultation pre-requisite from the wellness retreats to ascertain your health condition before you arrive. This allows the experts to design a wellness program most appropriate to suit your individual needs. Your medical or health condition is our greatest priority and our philosophy is that you are accountable for your own health and wellbeing. We recommend confirming your current health condition prior to participating in any wellness program to avoid the possibility of harm or damage. You are responsible for any medical expenses that may be incurred for accident or emergency situations.

Pregnancy

As the safety of you and your new family member is important to us, our policy is that we do not offer services during pregnancy. Please enjoy this special time and as we know that mummy’s need to take care of themselves, we look forward to you joining us after baby has arrived and you can have some well-deserved ‘me time’. If we find that your provided medical certificate or health condition information is misleading, we may terminate our service without any compensation.

Limitation of Liability

Wellness Travel Thailand acts as an Agent for you with the provision of full service consisting of: transportation, accommodation, tour operators, wellness properties, travel suppliers and other services relating to the offered packages. We have no responsibility that may occur for any liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, or losses, damages, expenses, accident, delay, illness, death to person or any incident, changes, additional expenses, loss of time or any other inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any providers of their services or products or by third parties or any matters are out of control such as weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorists, flood, fires, earthquake or acts of nature or anything beyond their and our control.

Changes

Wellness Travel Thailand reserves the right to change our price or content without prior notice. You must check the updated information before booking. We are committed to you receiving the services and inclusions as indicated in the Itinerary, and we are highly selective of our suppliers and properties however, in emergency situations or unexpected conditions, suppliers or properties may need to change aspects of their offerings without being able to inform you in advance. In circumstances of such changes being initiated from suppliers or properties, we are not responsible for such changes.

Cancellations

After receiving your booking and payment, we make all the arrangements prior to  your arrival and we do incur costs to make these arrangements that we must pay in advance to travel suppliers, properties, transportation, communication and collaboration. If you wish to cancel your booking, we ask that you notify us in writing via email as soon as possible. Once we receive your notice, the cancellation will take effect immediately, aligned with our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival 100% refund

Cancellation 15-29 days before arrival 50% refund

Cancellation 0-14 days before arrival no refund

If we do cancel or can not operate the tour or package, you will receive 100% of the amount paid

Constructive feedback

We do our best to help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals and welcome any comments or suggestions to further improve our services. If you have any comments or constructive criticism regarding any aspects of our services, we highly encourage you to contact us to discuss these personally. We are here to help you and to continue improving our services for you and our other valued wellness travelers to Thailand.

Variation of Terms

Wellness Travel Thailand is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Wellness Travel Thailand and you in relation to your use of this website and services, and replace all prior agreements with understandings.

Governing Law 

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand

Acknowledgment

By making a booking to purchase the products or services form Wellness Travel Thailand, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions contained herein and agree that you are solely responsible for such circumstances.
