• Executive Healthcare Checkup Program is designed for up to 1 person. Extra person will be charged at 47,900 THB net per person for male and 52,900 THB net per person for female will be applied for an extra person.

• Accommodation is for 3 nights in selected room type for up to 2 persons. Extra person will be charged at 2,000 THB net per person per night (The rate is inclusive of breakfast).

• Rates are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast for up to 2 persons.

• Additional supplemental charge for 1,500 THB net per person on festive season will be applied.

• Transportation is 6 ways for up to 2 persons (Airport-Hotel-Hospital-Attractions-Airport).
